Instructions

1. Dispense into hand and apply liberally to all exposed areas 15 minutes before sun exposure.
   
   
2. Work from head to toe, making sure not to miss any areas. Ask a friend to help with your back if needed.
   
   
3. Reapply:
   
   
   1. After 80 minutes of swimming or sweating
      
      
   2. Immediately after towel drying
      
      
   3. At least every 2 hours
      
      
4. For children under 6 months, consult a doctor.
